The presence of the 40% torrontés in this blend, (along with 30% semillon and 30% sauvignon blanc) is evident with its floral tones, its lush sensation, and its firm tannins. Aging was brief, barely five months in barrels (60% of them new oak), but it has left its mark with toasted tones in a white that needs another year or two to gain complexity.
