Burger Joint, despite having an average burger in a less-than-average ambiance, was possibly one of the top-5 places to get a burger in Buenos Aires when we wrote our initial review. Some three years later, it’s not even in the top-25. It’s gone from unique to uniquely passé.
Best Burger in town. Hands down. It’s expensive, but if you’ve got a craving for a really good burger, this is it.
Trixie’s attempt at replicating a 1950’s American-style Diner is admirable. Good service and excellent burgers. Menu full of American-style Diner classics. All done quite well.
Heisenburger. Craft burgers with unique condiments. No table service. Typically long lines to place your order and 20 minutes to receive your order. Moderately expensive although combo with fries and drink makes it a bit more reasonable.
Good ingredient but miscues on execution. More pleasant ambiance than nearby 180 Burger Bar, but at twice the cost.
Loreto Garden Bar is sort of an “I’m Bohemian so mainstream restaurant decor bores me” kind of place with mostly sandwiches, salads and burgers. And lots of tasty little desserts. Good service by tattooed waitresses. Burgers and sandwiches were good too.
