Para todos los dem\u00e1s, comenzar\u00e9 con una comparaci\u00f3n con la comida italiana, con la que las personas est\u00e1n m\u00e1s familiarizadas. Una taberna es para Grecia, como una trattoria es para Italia y un estiatorio en Grecia, es m\u00e1s similar a un restaurante en Italia. Para ustedes Frenchies, d\u00e9jenme ponerlo de esta manera. Una taberna es m\u00e1s como un bistr\u00f3, un estiatorio, como un restaurante. Entonces, supongo que lo que trato de decir es que una taberna es un bar griego que sirve comida. Con peque\u00f1as excepciones, es muy aut\u00e9ntico. Las dolmas con la salsa avgolemono (una salsa griega cl\u00e1sica o salsa \/ sopa hecha con huevos y lim\u00f3n), la bourekia (empanadas griegas hechas con filo), saganaki (queso flambeado en el licor griego, Ouzo), la ensalada griega, queso feta y las aceitunas kalamata todas se acompa\u00f1an perfectamente con una cerveza fr\u00eda. Todos esos platos peque\u00f1os se persiguen mejor con un jigger de ouzo y gritando \"opa\" en la parte superior de sus pulmones.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nTambi\u00e9n sirven algunos platos un poco m\u00e1s sustanciales. Pruebe el Souvlaki (brochetas de pollo a la parrilla), el cl\u00e1sico Kebab (que en realidad son koftas con brochetas a la parrilla), o el Bifteki Gemist\u00f3 (alb\u00f3ndigas rellenas de queso).\n<\/p>\n<p>El baklava es excelente.
