Es un barrio agradable que se est\u00e1 volviendo m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s popular como un local para bares y restaurantes emergentes.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurante tiene un dise\u00f1o interesante. Al entrar en el restaurante pasas por la gran cocina abierta y los camareros en el trayecto de recuperaci\u00f3n de las \u00f3rdenes para llevar a la zona del comedor de arriba. No hay comedor abajo, aparte de varias mesas en el bar junto a la piscina.<\/p>\n<p>El ambiente del lugar es muy agradable. Cuando haya buen tiempo podr\u00e1 sentarse en la terraza al aire libre o en uno de los dos comedores interiores, uno de los cuales est\u00e1 totalmente rodeado por un cristal con vista a la piscina. Una pared de cristal se abre completamente para dar al lugar un ambiente muy agradable cuando el clima es complaciente, como lo fue en el d\u00eda de mi visita.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00fasica era agradable y el volumen lo suficientemente bajo como para permitir f\u00e1cilmente conversaciones sin tener que gritar.<\/p>\n<p>La decoraci\u00f3n minimalista era de buen gusto. Las mesas y sillas son de madera natural, blanqueado con dise\u00f1o escandinavo. Hab\u00eda manteles de alta calidad, prensados, cuchillos y tenedores pesados muy elegantes. Todo esto hizo que el ambiente fuera menos formal que el comedor tradicional con manteles blancos y m\u00e1s formal que los restaurantes que ofrecen entornos no tan formales.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edamos haber valorado este comedor s\u00faper f\u00e1cil con un 4,5 si no fuera por una deficiencia evidente. Los suelos de hormig\u00f3n, pintados en la misma pintura verde pastel como las paredes y se pod\u00eda ver las marcas de las pisadas y el techo con peque\u00f1os derrames. Si no fuera por la pizarra instalada en el suelo de la terraza que te lleva al comedor principal no se habr\u00edan dado cuenta de las marcas y los derrames menores. En pocas palabras, era un mal dise\u00f1o. El exceso de \"forma\", demasiado poca \"funci\u00f3n\". Este restaurador necesita repensar el pintar este lugar nuevamente<\/p>\n<p>El camarero era amable, atento e informativo. Tomo nota de que no hablaba en ingl\u00e9s, aunque me di cuenta de que al menos otro camarero si hablaba ingl\u00e9s. El camarero me pregunt\u00f3 si ten\u00eda alguna alergia alimenticia. Un buen detalle que no se ve a menudo.<\/p>\n<p>Le ped\u00ed al camarero sugerencias para el aperitivo y el plato principal. Sugiri\u00f3 la Faux-spaghetti carbonara, hecho de una \"calabaza de espagueti\" en lugar de la pasta est\u00e1ndar. El resto de los ingredientes carbonara, panceta, queso, mantequilla, yema de huevo estuvieron presentes. Era rico. Y fue la pasta perfecta libre de gluten, doblando como una opci\u00f3n baja en carbohidratos para aquellos con restricciones en la dieta que requieren una dieta baja en carbohidratos.<\/p>\n<p>Para el plato principal, eleg\u00ed el acompa\u00f1amiento de pargo, la piel chamuscada para que sea crujiente, elaborado al estilo mediterr\u00e1neo, con un caldo de tomate ligero, rodajas de tomates cherry dulces y un surtido de verduras y hierbas marchitas ba\u00f1adas en la salsa. Mi \u00fanica queja es que el pescado era una porci\u00f3n muy peque\u00f1a y en el centro del filete estaba un poco crudo. El pargo no es adecuado para una preparaci\u00f3n en bruto por lo que esta peque\u00f1a porci\u00f3n mal cocida, que era quiz\u00e1s solo un bocado, era comestible. Pero si no hubiese sido por este paso en falso el plato principal habr\u00eda obtenido calificaciones muy altas.<\/p>\n<p>Para el postre yo quer\u00eda algo ligero. Yo he optado por el Messi (el nombre del famoso jugador de f\u00fatbol de Argentina), un sorbete de lim\u00f3n luz, a un lado de una sola secci\u00f3n de naranja (llamado \"supremo\" si usted es un graduado de la Cordon Bleu), sentado en una dulce y cremosa base de dulce de coco de leche y espolvoreada con un polvo fino de mate (el famoso t\u00e9 de hierbas de Am\u00e9rica del Sur). Tomo nota de que realmente no pod\u00eda sentir el coco en el dulce de leche, pero era dulce y delicioso, sin embargo. Supongo que el polvo del mate en la parte superior a\u00f1ade un poco de un giro interesante al postre. M\u00e1s importante a\u00fan, el chef dio una buena excusa para nombrar el postre por Messi, que supuestamente se bebe el mate de hierbas antes de los partidos de f\u00fatbol.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurante tiene un precio sobre como se esperaba. Tal vez un poco m\u00e1s caro de lo que cabr\u00eda esperar en este barrio.
