\nVamos a dejar las formalidades de lado. No hay nada remotamente argentino sobre este restaurante aparte del logo celeste en las servilletas y el alfajor en el men\u00fa de postres. Todos excepto dos cortes de carne son de ranchos ganaderos en M\u00e9xico y los dos que no son nacionales son importados de los Estados Unidos.\n<\/p>\n

Incluso los nombres de los filetes no son argentinos y que la carta de corte de carne en la pared utiliza la jerga mexicana para los cortes de carne (el \"top\" solomillo robado de la palabra inglesa para ese corte de carne, pero utilizado en M\u00e9xico para describir el mismo Corte, el solomillo superior).
\nEn pocas palabras, se trata de un Asado mexicano con un logotipo en celeste.
\nCon las formalidades dejadas de lado, \u00bfC\u00f3mo el restaurante se califica en otros aspectos? No est\u00e1 mal.\n<\/p>\n

Ped\u00ed el \"combo\" barato que incluye un filete de 200 gramos (7 oz) y patatas fritas, una peque\u00f1a ensalada tirada, o pur\u00e9 de patatas por alrededor de US $ 15 (290 pesos). estaba tierno y bastante sabroso. Tan bueno o mejor que lo que encontrar\u00edas en la mayor\u00eda de los asadores de bajo a medio precio en los Estados Unidos.\n<\/p>\n

La decoraci\u00f3n es atractiva. El lugar esta normalmente lleno en la noche y durante la hora pico de almuerzo, pero rara vez hay que esperar por una mesa.
\nEl servicio era mejor que la media, aunque no estelar.\n<\/p>\n

En general, una buena parrilla, pero no una estupenda.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
