Restaurants that serve Enchiladas in Mexico City
The enchilada is the taco's prettier and better-dressed sibling. The taco is designed to be hand-held and contains chunks of meat with a few condiments added for variety. It's the perfect street-food. The enchilada uses the same, sweet corn tortilla, but wraps it around some slightly less rigid ingredients, usually melted cheese or a stew-like concoction of beef or chicken. And because the enchilada is served on a plate, not in basket, all kinds of goodies can be poured or pile on top.
