Temporal offers a rustic yet gourmet dining experience in a simple and inviting atmosphere, complemented by occasional live jazz performances on Thursday evenings. While service on my last visit was generally acceptable, there were occasional lapses in attentiveness. The restaurant provides limited outdoor seating on the front sidewalk, along with indoor options in both a lower-level bar area and an upper-level dining room, accommodating around forty diners indoors and a few more outside.

Chef Diego Pérez Turner's creative menu reflects the restaurant's name, with seasonal variations alongside a selection of signature dishes. Periodically, Temporal presents a multi-course prix-fixe menu, thoughtfully paired with mezcal. For those inclined to indulge in British culinary traditions, the restaurant offers a Sunday roast special, providing a unique dining experience for enthusiasts of British cuisine.

During my recent visit, I sampled the octopus tacos and the braised beef shank, both of which impressed with their flavors and presentation. The tacos featured a robust octopus filling seasoned with adobo sauce and topped with avocado slices, while the braised beef shank showcased expert preparation and a silky-smooth accompanying sauce. However, visitors should be mindful of Mexican cultural norms regarding restaurant opening hours, as they may not always adhere strictly to posted schedules.

Despite occasional timing nuances, Temporal's well-executed menu remains reasonably priced, adding to the overall appeal and ensuring a satisfying dining experience for patrons seeking flavorful dishes without breaking the bank.
