El restaurante es un peque\u00f1o caf\u00e9 \/ restaurante propiedad de un expatriado estadounidense y ofrece un men\u00fa \u00fanico de desayuno, almuerzo y cena que contiene muchas opciones no peruanas, lo cual es raro en Lima. <\/p>\n<p>\nLa decoraci\u00f3n es un poco aburrida. S\u00f3lo un caf\u00e9 de esquina muy t\u00edpico. El servicio es muy bueno. \u00bfM\u00fasica? Una buena mezcla de soft-rock y m\u00fasica pop. No hay aire acondicionado, pero ten\u00edan varios ventiladores a todo volumen. Todav\u00eda estaba un poco inc\u00f3modo por el calor de la tarde que estaba all\u00ed para almorzar. <\/p>\n<p>\nEl camarero hablaba ingl\u00e9s y fue servicial y atento. <\/p>\n<p>\nSolo ofrecen una hamburguesa en Caf\u00e9 A Bistro, pero es una buena. La hamburguesa estaba perfectamente preparada. Utilizan un corte de carne rico y sabroso (tira de asado, sin hueso) con suficiente contenido de grasa para que sea muy jugoso. Hab\u00eda un plato molido en la empanada de carne gruesa, cubierta con queso cheddar derretido. El bollo de brioche con semillas de s\u00e9samo era fresco y suave, untado con una \"salsa secreta\", una especie de aderezo ruso o de las mil islas. <\/p>\n<p>\nLas patatas fritas eran, parcialmente peladas, con la piel puesta. Ligeramente dulce y cremoso por dentro. Perfectamente crujiente por fuera. Fueron las mejores papas fritas que he probado con una hamburguesa en Lima. <\/p>\n<p>\nEl ketchup era un poco m\u00e1s dulce de lo t\u00edpico. Tambi\u00e9n serv\u00edan una mayonesa con hierbas y una salsa picante picante. <\/p>\n<p>\nLa limonada y el t\u00e9 helado eran muy dulces y agrios al mismo tiempo. Quiz\u00e1s un poco demasiado dulce para mi preferencia personal. <\/p>\n<p>\nEsta hamburguesa era principalmente sobre la carne. Fue muy, muy bueno, al igual que las patatas fritas. Aunque este restaurante no est\u00e1 cerca de los hoteles, con el bajo costo de los taxis en Lima, vale la pena ir si tiene un antojo de hamburguesas. <\/p>\n<p>\nAunque las hamburguesas pueden ser por lo que son famosas, tambi\u00e9n tienen una amplia gama de elementos del men\u00fa que no son hamburguesas. Es uno de los mejores lugares de la ciudad para desayunar. <\/p>\n<p>\nOmelettes, tortitas, tostadas francesas, un \"desayuno americano\" con las obras y un delicioso s\u00e1ndwich de desayuno con salchichas. Ese s\u00e1ndwich de desayuno era igual de bueno que he probado en cualquier parte del mundo, y mucho menos en Lima. <\/p>\n<p>\nComo si estos favoritos de comensales estadounidenses no fueran suficientes, tambi\u00e9n ofrecen elementos de men\u00fa gourmet. Desde las ensaladas hasta los postres, todo en el men\u00fa suena como si un chef que sabe lo que est\u00e1n haciendo est\u00e9 manejando esa cocina.
