Puedo bromear de vez en cuando en rese\u00f1as sobre c\u00f3mo algunos de los asadores en Buenos Aires tienen estereotipo de \"estancia\" en la decoraci\u00f3n. A lo largo de esas l\u00edneas, la decoraci\u00f3n de Osso es algo as\u00ed como una casa de rancho de Texas muy bien decorada y los camareros y cocineros usan camisas de color rojo-escoc\u00e9s, de corte occidental como los vaqueros de Texas. A cada cual lo suyo. Y tal vez los Lime\u00f1os coman esta decoraci\u00f3n de Cowboy. Pero por mi dinero, si pido un bistec por US $ 32, quiero que los camareros se pongan corbatas de mo\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El servicio era amable y atento. Sin quejas. El gerente incluso me ofreci\u00f3 un tour de la zona de parrilla.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tal los filetes? Osso ofrece tres tipos de carne de vacuno, carne de ternera cultivada localmente y sacrificada (raza no revelada), carne de vacuno importada de USDA Black Angus y carne de Wagyu importada de los Estados Unidos. Es un Bife Ancho producido localmente por 105 soles (aproximadamente US $ 32). Para acompa\u00f1ar el bistec, ped\u00ed la ensalada de patatas.<\/p>\n<p>El bistec estaba perfectamente preparado con un sabor ahumado prominente de esa madera. Fue muy bueno. Dicho eso. Me pareci\u00f3 que el bistec en La Cabrera era m\u00e1s sabroso y era un poco m\u00e1s tierno. Lo que vino era una ensalada de patatas con grandes trozos de vientre de cerdo que no estaban completamente reducidos. Raro.
