Esa es una cuesti\u00f3n de preferencia personal. Yo personalmente prefiero el sabor ahumado de un bistec de le\u00f1a a la parrilla. Sin embargo, el m\u00e9todo de asar a la parrilla infrarroja proporciona un agarre extraordinariamente \"n\u00edtido\" que no se puede lograr en una parrilla de madera. Y un verdadero purista de carne podr\u00eda preferir el bistec sin el sabor ahumado que sin duda esconde el sabor natural de la carne.<\/p>\n<p>La decoraci\u00f3n de Carnal es tambi\u00e9n \u00fanica. La Cabrera ofrece la m\u00e1s tradicional \"decoraci\u00f3n de parilla\". Un mont\u00f3n de paneles oscuros y cuero. Osso ofrece m\u00e1s de una atm\u00f3sfera de la casa-rancho de Tejas, con los camareros vestidos en camisas a cuadros del estilo del vaquero. Carnal, claramente tiene la decoraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sofisticada y elegante entre los tres. Es elegante, ambiente casi formal, podr\u00eda ser m\u00e1s adecuado para una noche rom\u00e1ntica.<\/p>\n<p>Nos pareci\u00f3 que la lista de vinos en Carnal fue el m\u00e1s impresionante, tambi\u00e9n. \u00bfBusca un vino de alta calidad y un precio razonable? El Errazuriz Max Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon es una excelente elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Una cosa es segura. Cada uno de los tres restaurantes ten\u00eda una personalidad \u00fanica. Nos gust\u00f3 todo y el servicio y ejecuci\u00f3n fue muy bueno en los tres restaurantes. La diferencia m\u00e1s significativa es el ambiente, la variedad de filetes disponibles y la manera en que los filetes est\u00e1n preparados.<\/p>\n<p>Ah, y hay otra diferencia. Osso era el m\u00e1s caro a pesar de la atm\u00f3sfera ultra-casual. La Cabrera era claramente el menos caro de los tres.<\/p>\n<p>Pero estas diferencias se miden en pulgadas, no millas.
