Este men\u00fa es especial y mi impresi\u00f3n inmediata fue que la comida ser\u00eda perfectamente ejecutada. Yo ten\u00eda raz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Pero antes de que empiece la verdadera fiesta, traen una cesta con rebanadas frescas de pan caliente de un pan r\u00fastico con una corteza crujiente, servido con una mezcla de aceite de oliva extra-virgen y vinagre bals\u00e1mico. A menudo desacredito a los restaurantes de Am\u00e9rica Latina por el exceso de uso de vinagre bals\u00e1mico de baja calidad, especialmente en aderezos para ensaladas. Pero el aceite de oliva y el vinagre en esta peque\u00f1a mezcla para sumergir el pan, eran de calidad superior. Con un poco de pimienta y sal de mar, esos pocos pedazos de ese pan, sumergidos en esa mezcla eran deliciosos.<\/p>\n<p>Y poco despu\u00e9s de ordenar, el peque\u00f1o regalo del chef, vieiras de bah\u00eda cocida con un toque de aceite aromatizado, se ofreci\u00f3 como un precursor de lo que seguir\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Ped\u00ed la charela, con una pasita y pecan confit o una base de pur\u00e9 de alcachofa, servido con algunos peque\u00f1os brotes sabrosos como piece de resistance. Un plato exquisito. \u00bfSencillo? S\u00ed. Esa es la belleza de la misma. Si utiliza ingredientes fabulosos, perfectamente preparados, simple es de repente sublime.<\/p>\n<p>Esto fue tan impresionante que tuve que ver lo que el chef de pasteler\u00eda podr\u00eda azotar. El Manzanas al Wok era tan hermoso como delicioso. Una gran cantidad de manzanas dulces, manzanas al horno, con un gran chapuz\u00f3n de helado cremoso, cubierto con una rebanada de manzana seca. Ah, y mencion\u00e9 el impecable Pisco Sour que me sirvieron.<\/p>\n<p>Los precios estaban a la par con las otras experiencias culinarias de alto nivel que he encontrado en Lima. Al igual que Astrid y Gast\u00f3n, Rafael, IK y Osaka, que eran los restaurantes m\u00e1s similares. Probablemente menos caro que el caro Central y Maido.<\/p>\n<p>Y el restaurante obtuvo calificaciones altas en nuestra nueva categor\u00eda de calificaci\u00f3n, \"Log\u00edstica\".
