Hace poco visit\u00e9 el restaurante ubicado en el piso del patio de comidas de Costanera Center. El restaurante tiene la apariencia de un elegante establecimiento de comida r\u00e1pida con un gran men\u00fa de exhibici\u00f3n sobre el mostrador. Pero a diferencia de un restaurante de comida r\u00e1pida e informal, La Sanguchera tiene servicio de mesa con camareros y camareras. El servicio fue sorprendentemente bueno. Estaba ocupado, pero nuestro camarero se acerc\u00f3 a nosotros r\u00e1pidamente despu\u00e9s de sentarnos en una mesa disponible. \u00c9l proporcion\u00f3 los men\u00fas y revis\u00f3 cada pocos minutos para ver si est\u00e1bamos listos para ordenar.
