Pocos meses despu\u00e9s de la apertura, ya se pueden ver grupos de gente esperando hasta 40 minutos por una mesa.<\/p>\n<p>El sitio ocupa un buen espacio, para al menos 90 comensales adentro y otros 20 en la terraza. En el interior es un solo espacio con un techo muy alto. Un espacio muy agradable decorado con estilo contempor\u00e1neo pero sin dejar a un lado sus raices napolitanas.<\/p>\n<p>La decoraci\u00f3n no da muchas pistas de que se sirve comida italiana.<\/p>\n<p>Los manteles del restaurante tienen im\u00e1genes que recuerdan a Italia y esas im\u00e1genes se pueden ver repartidas por todo el sal\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las servilletas, aunque son de papel, usan un material muy parecido a la tela. Buena calidad.<\/p>\n<p>La selecci\u00f3n de m\u00fasica se inclina por lo electr\u00f3nico y le otorgan una vibra muy cool.<\/p>\n<p>En casa mesa hay l\u00e1mparas de aceite que el personal enciende a medida que la tarde se vuelve noche y le da una atm\u00f3sfera mas \u00edntima.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque la lista de vinos y cervezas no es de lo mas extensa, hay suficiente para complacer a la mayor\u00eda de los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>El men\u00fa tiene algunos antipastos, buena variedad de ensaladas y pastas y por supuesto, m\u00faltiples p\u00e1ginas de opciones de pizza. La pizza es lo mas cercano a la verdadera pizza napolitana que he visto en Santiago de Chile.<\/p>\n<p>En mi mas reciente visita, ped\u00ed la pizza vegetariana y me sorprendi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La masa era el\u00e1stica y con mucho sabor. El centro de la pizza era de esos blandos y ca\u00eddos que los neoyorkinos aseguran tiene la verdadera consistencia. Yo lo prefiero un poco mas crujiente, unos 45 segundos mas en el horno hubiesen estado bien. Es solo mi gusto personal, no un error en la ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El queso, s\u00faper cremoso y delicioso. Y los tomates cherry con los hongos (portobellos y champi\u00f1ones) rebosantes de frescura. En general result\u00f3 una gran pizza que rivaliza con la que sirven en el restaurante mas exitoso de Santiago, Tiramis\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>El servicio estuvo bien, aunque yo era el \u00fanico en el sal\u00f3n interior. <\/p>\n<p>Esperaba que el restaurante resultada mas ruido que nueces pero me equivoqu\u00e9. Y lo mejor es que los precios, aunque altos, no dejan de ser razonables.<\/p>\n<p>La pizza result\u00f3 excelente. El lugar tiene muy buena atm\u00f3sfera y hay buen servicio. Es el \u00fanico restaurante en la ciudad que se aproxima a la aut\u00e9ntica pizza napolitana, aunque la masa de Vendetta es muy parecida pero con ingredientes menos tradicionales.
