Esto era algo desconcertante para m\u00ed, ya que este bar era y hab\u00eda sido uno de los m\u00e1s concurridos de la ciudad durante casi una d\u00e9cada y era el \u00fanico lugar en la ciudad donde se pod\u00eda encontrar una cerveza negra Guinness. <\/p>\n<p>Vendetta, en esta ubicaci\u00f3n en Bellavista, es ahora la cuarta ubicaci\u00f3n en Santiago para esta moderna trattoria italiana de primer nivel. La decoraci\u00f3n es impresionante. El restaurante ocupa dos pisos, incluyendo una gran terraza con vista al patio central del Patio Bellavista en ambos pisos. <\/p>\n<p>El men\u00fa creativo en Vendetta es ultra simple y est\u00e1 bien ejecutado. Ese men\u00fa incluye una larga lista de aperitivos (antipasto), varias pizzas, algunas ensaladas, una peque\u00f1a variedad de platos de pasta y una muy corta lista de bistecs y ternera empanada o chuletas de pollo (milanesas y supremas). <\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed ... puedes conseguir una pizza tradicional Margherita que es un admirable intento de una aut\u00e9ntica pizza napolitana. Pero Vendetta sube la apuesta. La pizza tiene una masa el\u00e1stica sabrosa, perfectamente ampollada y carbonizada a lo largo de los bordes, pero los ingredientes apilados en la parte superior llevan algunas de las tartas de pizza de este men\u00fa a un nivel m\u00e1s alto. <\/p>\n<p>Ped\u00ed la pizza Prosciutto en visita reciente. La mozzarella era cremosa y sabrosa, la salsa pomodoro era el equilibrio perfecto de dulce y agrio y el jam\u00f3n era el aut\u00e9ntico. Pero el cambio de juego fue la adici\u00f3n creativa de higos, queso azul y r\u00facula que coronan esta hermosa pizza, y una llovizna art\u00edsticamente colocada de una reducci\u00f3n bals\u00e1mica. <\/p>\n<p>Esto no era aut\u00e9ntico. Era mejor que lo aut\u00e9ntico. <\/p>\n<p>Aunque no hemos visitado otros lugares en Las Condes (cerca del Parque Arauco), La Reina y La Florida, estamos seguros de que la decoraci\u00f3n, la comida y el servicio son similares en todos los lugares. <\/p>\n<p>Es una buena noticia para los residentes de estos barrios que ahora tienen una pizzer\u00eda local que compite con la calidad y el valor del popular Tiramisu en Isidora en La Condes y la otra adici\u00f3n reciente a la moderna escena de restaurantes informales de Santiago, Brunapoli, en Vitacura. <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Coming Brewpub DO&#8221;
