Los tiempos cambian y tambi\u00e9n las culturas. Ambos restaurantes lucharon por adaptarse al cambiante panorama culinario en Am\u00e9rica Latina. Ambos est\u00e1n ahora cerrados.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nLas comidas gourmet exig\u00edan un formato m\u00e1s informal, pero de alguna manera m\u00e1s sofisticado. Es contra este paisaje cambiante, que Mestizo abri\u00f3 sus puertas, mostrando a los residentes de Santiago c\u00f3mo ser\u00eda el futuro de una cena de lujo.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nEl mestizo orquest\u00f3 meticulosamente este cambio de direcci\u00f3n. Eligi\u00f3 una ubicaci\u00f3n fundamentalmente perfecta, con vista al enorme parque contempor\u00e1neo en Vitacura, Parque Bicentenario. El restaurante adopt\u00f3 un enfoque \"sin restricciones\" en la creaci\u00f3n del ambiente y el men\u00fa. No se ahorrar\u00eda ning\u00fan gasto en dise\u00f1ar, construir y amueblar lo que podr\u00eda decirse, una d\u00e9cada despu\u00e9s de su apertura, sigue siendo el ambiente m\u00e1s impresionante de la escena de restaurantes de Santiago.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nLa comida es igualmente impresionante, sin embargo, este es uno de los men\u00fas menos creativos que hemos visto en la categor\u00eda de categor\u00eda superior. Est\u00e1 lleno de platos que se basan en ingredientes de calidad que, aunque se ejecutan adecuadamente, no son todos memorables.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nEl servicio es incompleto. Hemos tenido diferentes ocasiones de suerte. Y notamos que casi todas las revisiones negativas de Mestizo que hemos visto en los sitios de revisi\u00f3n de consumidores se relacionan con servicios de calidad inferior.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nPara minimizar el impacto del servicio inconsistente, aconsejamos evitar el Mestizo en las horas pico de la cena. No hay men\u00fa publicado en l\u00ednea. De hecho, el sitio web del restaurante, si pudiera llamarlo as\u00ed, es una p\u00e1gina \u00fanica con un n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono, la direcci\u00f3n, una direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico y un sistema para hacer reservas. Lamentablemente, no se puede hacer una reserva utilizando ninguno de los sitios de reserva populares de terceros.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nA pesar de la ocasional falta de atenci\u00f3n en la mesa por parte de los camareros, un men\u00fa con este calibre de ingredientes que se ejecutan adecuadamente en un ambiente tan memorable hace de Mestizo una de las opciones gastron\u00f3micas de mayor categor\u00eda
