Bocan\u00e1riz ofrece m\u00e1s de 300 vinos chilenos, con una variedad de vuelos de vino y vinos verticales. Los vinos se pueden combinar con platos de un men\u00fa interesante y bien ejecutado. Agradable decoraci\u00f3n. Popular, pero lleno de gente. Lamentablemente, el servicio deficiente en nuestra \u00faltima visita.<\/p>\n

En la hoja de ruta de los destinos tur\u00edsticos, Santiago de Chile ciertamente no es un lugar con un gran c\u00edrculo dibujado a su alrededor. Para mochileros, excursionistas y deportistas, es un trampol\u00edn hacia otros destinos, como la Patagonia y Tierra del Fuego. Para los esquiadores, es el destino m\u00e1s probable para comenzar una aventura de esqu\u00ed en los Andes. <\/P> Pero la floreciente industria vitivin\u00edcola de Chile ha convertido a Santiago en un destino para los entusiastas del vino de todo el mundo. Es el \u00fanico pa\u00eds del mundo que produce vino a partir de la uva, Carm\u00e9n\u00e8re, originalmente un cultivar franc\u00e9s que fue aniquilado por la enfermedad en Europa, y que recientemente se descubri\u00f3 que a\u00fan florec\u00eda en Chile. <\/P> Aprovechando el creciente inter\u00e9s en Los vinos chilenos, el restaurador Jerome Reynes, la en\u00f3loga Katherine Hidalgo, y la en\u00f3loga, Daniela Lorenzo, dieron un salto de fe en 2012 con la apertura de Bocan\u00e1riz, un bar de vinos y restaurante especializado en una extensa lista de vinos chilenos, y que ofrece un sofisticado y bien -ejecutado men\u00fa dedicado a proporcionar maridajes perfectos para variedades y a\u00f1adas chilenas. <\/p>\n

La decoraci\u00f3n es simple. Cuenta con algunos murales dedicados a promover el tema del restaurante y una gran pizarra con docenas y decenas de vinos chilenos disponibles en el restaurante. <\/P> Para los residentes y visitantes que buscan explorar la amplia gama de vinos disponibles, Bocan\u00e1riz ofrece varias p\u00e1ginas de vuelos (degustaciones de tama\u00f1os de muestra de diferentes variedades) y verticales, que permiten a los clientes comparar un solo varietal en una variedad de a\u00f1adas. <\/p>\n

Si la diversidad de opciones de men\u00fa fuera una de nuestras categor\u00edas de calificaci\u00f3n, Bocan\u00e1riz obtendr\u00eda 5 estrellas. El men\u00fa est\u00e1 organizado de forma inusual, ofreciendo platos en secciones seg\u00fan el gusto, la textura o el m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n. Hay ofertas \u00fanicas de mariscos de agua salada, tales como ostras en la mitad de c\u00e1scara y erizo de mar. Una secci\u00f3n para ahumados, estofados y curados, con carnes \u00fanicas como jabal\u00ed y carne de venado. Platos vegetarianos, como el plato de antipasto vegetariano y un curry de verduras. Hay un poco de todo para complacer a cualquier comensal meticuloso. Y aqu\u00ed hay algunas buenas noticias para los no conformistas, ni una sola hamburguesa en el men\u00fa. <\/P> En una visita reciente, prob\u00e9 el \"ceviche de la captura del d\u00eda\" con pepino, aguacate y maracuy\u00e1. Muy refrescante y \u00fanico. Y la trucha \"concato\" rellena de tomates secados al sol y pur\u00e9 de cebolla caramelizada fue muy ahumada creando un sabor muy interesante. <\/P> Quer\u00eda probar algunos de los vinos tintos en el men\u00fa, as\u00ed que pedimos un vuelo de vinos rojos cl\u00e1sicos. Un Tabali Talud, Cabernet Sauvignon, un vino chileno que es popular entre los locales, un Viu Manent Secreto, Malbec, y la Santa Rita Casa Real, Syrah. Todos los vinos de calidad media, pero ciertamente interesantes para los entusiastas del vino que visitan la ciudad ya que estos vinos no est\u00e1n disponibles fuera de Chile. <\/P> Creo que el tema de este restaurante es lo que lo hace \u00fanico. La comida, aunque no excepcional, era interesante y bien ejecutada. Y el restaurante casi siempre est\u00e1 lleno, creando una vibraci\u00f3n excitante y r\u00e1pida. <\/P> El servicio fue horrible. Aunque el camarero era amable e informativo, rara vez lo vimos. Tardamos unos 20 minutos en obtener el cheque despu\u00e9s de terminar la comida y nuestros platos a\u00fan no se hab\u00edan limpiado hasta que salimos del restaurante. <\/P> A pesar del gran retraso en el servicio, el tema y la atm\u00f3sfera \u00fanicos hechos para una experiencia interesante y agradable.<\/div>\n
