La ubicaci\u00f3n original en el mercado de San Telmo, que se ha reunido con m\u00e1s de un m\u00ednimo de \u00e9xito, tiene servicio de mesa. Pero la ubicaci\u00f3n recientemente inaugurada en Retiro ha optado por el formato de giro r\u00e1pido de mesas de un restaurante informal r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<p>En Retiro, ordena en el mostrador un men\u00fa sencillo que consiste en un pu\u00f1ado de bocadillos como un bollo de cerdo frito o un rollito de primavera fresco, tres sopas o ensaladas fr\u00edas de arroz o fideos. Los sabores del pho son bastante aut\u00e9nticos, utilizan pimientos rojos peque\u00f1os y picantes, cebolletas, limoncillo y un mont\u00f3n de cilantro, caracter\u00edstico de la cocina vietnamita, en un caldo simple pero algo picante con fideos planos de arroz, y su elecci\u00f3n de algunos peque\u00f1os. Trozos de cerdo o ternera.<\/p>\n<p>En mi visita inicial, aparentemente estaban fuera de los fideos planos, que se asemejan a fettuccini, e incluyeron un fideos vermicelli de arroz en la sopa, una sustituci\u00f3n que no funcion\u00f3. Pero en mi \u00faltima visita no hubo errores.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e9 honesto. Tampoco me gustaron los peque\u00f1os Banh Mi (s\u00e1ndwiches vietnamitas) que ped\u00ed en mi visita inicial. Se serv\u00edan en baguettes simples y aburridas al estilo argentino, que eran un poco rancios y sin sabor, en lugar de rollos de pan de levadura m\u00e1s grandes que se usan m\u00e1s t\u00edpicamente para el s\u00e1ndwich en Vietnam. Y la proporci\u00f3n de carne a pan era un poco baja para mi gusto.<\/p>\n<p>Pero el Pho Bo que tuve en la visita m\u00e1s reciente fue bueno. Preferir\u00eda ver un poco m\u00e1s de complejidad en el caldo, pero a\u00fan as\u00ed era sabroso. La adici\u00f3n de un poco de salsa hoisin y unas gotas de salsa picante sriracha anim\u00f3 cada bocado.<\/p>\n<p>A la hora del almuerzo, ofrecen un almuerzo especial que le ofrece dos peque\u00f1os rollitos fritos, su elecci\u00f3n de las sopas o ensaladas de pho del plato principal, y una bebida peque\u00f1a, o media pinta de cerveza artesanal. Ofrecen una gama completa de cervezas, desde rubias hasta fuertes. El costo de la comida del almuerzo, que b\u00e1sicamente agrega la bebida y el peque\u00f1o aperitivo por US $ 1 (ARS $ 30) por un total de alrededor de US $ 7.75 (ARS $ 230), fue algo que incluso yo pod\u00eda pagar.<\/p>\n<p>El tiempo desde el pedido hasta la entrega del peque\u00f1o aperitivo fue de unos pocos minutos, con una espera similar de solo cinco a diez minutos para la sopa. Si tiene prisa, puede completar todo el proceso en menos de treinta minutos. Durante las horas pico, el restaurante se llena, y puede haber una peque\u00f1a espera para una mesa. Las sillas me recordaron las sillas que ten\u00edamos en la escuela primaria cuando \u00e9ramos ni\u00f1os (solo un poco m\u00e1s grandes). Los muebles eran baratos y no particularmente atractivos. Y la comida se sirve en tazones y platos de pl\u00e1stico de colores brillantes. Personalmente prefiero platos de cer\u00e1mica o cer\u00e1mica que se rompen cuando los suelto en lugar de rebotar. Pero en este acelerado formato de pedido en contra, la vajilla de pl\u00e1stico es tolerable.<\/p>\n<p>Hab\u00eda algunos elementos de influencia asi\u00e1tica en la decoraci\u00f3n.
