Aunque Gioia Cocina Bot\u00e1nica, uno de los tres restaurantes del Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau, es el \u00fanico de los restaurantes ubicado en la moderna torre de Posadas. Aunque el restaurante no est\u00e1 ubicado en el lado de la mansi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de esta propiedad emblem\u00e1tica de Park Hyatt, todav\u00eda tiene mucho encanto y, con amplias ventanas de dos pisos con vista al impresionante c\u00e9sped y jard\u00edn, y a la mansi\u00f3n detr\u00e1s de ellos, la vista es posiblemente mejor de este restaurante que de los otros dos.<\/p>\n

Gioia Cocina Bot\u00e1nica tuvo una peque\u00f1a renovaci\u00f3n y un cambio de nombre hace unos a\u00f1os cuando la gerencia de Hyatt decidi\u00f3 darle al men\u00fa del restaurante de la torre una revisi\u00f3n basada en plantas. El men\u00fa se centra en ofertas veganas y vegetarianas, lo cual es una estrategia interesante en una ciudad gastron\u00f3micamente centrada en la carne de res.<\/p>\n

El men\u00fa breve y creativo se divide en tres secciones: una incluye cereales y legumbres, otra incluye champi\u00f1ones y una tercera incluye hortalizas de hojas y ra\u00edces. Un mont\u00f3n de pasta y platos satisfactorios. Ni un solo plato de carne en el men\u00fa.<\/p>\n

El chef ha hecho un excelente trabajo al crear platos deliciosos e intrigantes. No te perder\u00e1s la carne.<\/p>\n

El servicio es insuperable en Buenos Aires. Los anfitriones, azafatas, camareros y camareras j\u00f3venes y elegantemente vestidos son amables y atentos.
