Con un men\u00fa compuesto de nada m\u00e1s que una variedad de bao al vapor, algunos panecillos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y pegatinas de olla, y algunas ensaladas de fideos simples, han dado en el clavo. Recientemente han agregado la sopa de fideos, ramen, al men\u00fa tambi\u00e9n. KOI trajo comida callejera asi\u00e1tica a Buenos Aires, y la han acompa\u00f1ado con cervezas de primera categor\u00eda.\n<\/p>\n<p>El restaurante tiene un ambiente limpio y minimalista con una personalidad asi\u00e1tica, y hay un gran sal\u00f3n en la azotea que es perfecto para comerse algunos de esos bao y algunas cervezas para empezar. Es el retiro perfecto de la noche de primavera. El servicio fue puntual, pero yo estaba all\u00ed a \u00faltima hora de la tarde cuando el restaurante estaba casi vac\u00edo, por lo que no puedo garantizar que el servicio sea tan favorable cuando el lugar est\u00e1 repleto, que por lo general es de noche.\n<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s buenas noticias es que los restaurantes de Palermo Hollywood son conocidos por abrir solo en las horas de la noche. KOI est\u00e1 abierto para el almuerzo de martes a domingo y permanecen abiertos hasta tarde todos los d\u00edas excepto los lunes. Esa es una buena noticia para todos los que quieran comer algo o disfrutar una cerveza al mediod\u00eda o una cena tarde en la noche.\n<\/p>\n<p>Bueno lo admito me gust\u00f3 el lugar. Un punto a aclarar que observamos que el problema m\u00e1s grande que los propietarios parecen enfrentar es como llamar al lugar. Han cambiado el nombre al menos dos veces en el a\u00f1o pasado, por lo tanto, no se confunda si ve referencias en l\u00ednea a KOI junto con cualquier combinaci\u00f3n de las palabras Buns, Dumplings o Beer (todas las cuales sirven). Si est\u00e1s en el centro, en San Telmo, Retiro o Recoleta, aseg\u00farate de visitar Bao Kitchen y Saig\u00f3n. Bao Kitchen, en el lado del centro de Retiro, es el m\u00e1s aut\u00e9ntico de los dos. Su especialidad, como su nombre lo indica, es una variedad de bao. Saig\u00f3n, ahora con ubicaciones en Retiro y Mercado San Telmo, hace hincapi\u00e9 en las variaciones de la popular sopa de fideos vietnamita, y tambi\u00e9n sirve algunas cervezas artesanales de calidad. Tampoco son tan de moda y modernos como Koi en nuestra opini\u00f3n, ni tienen la agradable terraza de la azotea. Pero ambos restaurantes son dignos de visitar.
