The Pizza - Only True Love.<\/p>\n<p>The Pizza - Only True Love es la nueva pizzer\u00eda ubicada en la avenida Caseros, en el l\u00edmite entre San Telmo y Barracas, tra\u00edda a usted por cortes\u00eda de los propietarios altamente exitosos de la muy alabada Hierbabuena, a media cuadra de distancia. \u00bfQu\u00e9 tienen los dos restaurantes en com\u00fan? Nada ... aparte de los propietarios que parecen tener los dedos firmemente puestos en el pulso del p\u00fablico consumidor de alimentos de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>La decoraci\u00f3n es simple, pero sexy. Luz de vela brillando aqu\u00ed y all\u00e1. M\u00fasica alegre que se reproduce en el nivel de decibelios perfecto en el fondo. Un cocinero barbudo que compila la siguiente obra maestra detr\u00e1s de la larga barra de servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Hay un enorme e impresionante horno de cobre que parece antiguo, pero probablemente no lo es, y un gran mural en una pared que solo queda en tu memoria. Como lo hace la pizza.<\/p>\n<p>La masa el\u00e1stica y de levadura estaba ampollada y carbonizada para darle a ese fant\u00e1stico aspecto y sabor r\u00fastico. Solo tuve que hacer la cl\u00e1sica pizza Margherita. La masa fue asesina. La salsa solo era tomates frescos y pulverizados. Lusciously dulces con un tartamudeo peque\u00f1o detr\u00e1s de la dulzura.<\/p>\n<p>La mozzarella era buena, pero no tan buena como esa masa y salsa.<\/p>\n<p>Me emocion\u00f3 un poco cuando revis\u00e9 Cosi Mi Piaci en Palermo. Fue la pizza reinante en Buenos Aires durante casi dos a\u00f1os. Se destac\u00f3 en la multitud de pizzas en una ciudad llena de pizzas. Bueno, ahora hay otro corredor delantero en el paquete.<\/p>\n<p>The Pizza OTL es una gran pizzer\u00eda. El servicio fue atento y amable, aunque no estaba muy ocupado, y por lo tanto exigente, en el d\u00eda de mi visita. Es un ambiente mejor que agradable y sirven una gran pizza.
