Sin tablas Solo un bar ... Haz esos dos bares ... detr\u00e1s de los cuales los salchichas hacen sus cosas. Sentada sucede en los taburetes. Suficiente para unos 10 ni\u00f1os hambrientos. Doce mujeres pod\u00edan sentarse all\u00ed y comer salchichas siempre que cuatro de ellas fuesen realmente flacas y dos de ellas compartieran un taburete con otras dos chicas flacas. De lo contrario, diez es el l\u00edmite.<\/p>\n<p>Este lugar sirve tres cosas. Choripanes, la \u00fanica comida callejera discutible de Buenos Aires, un bocadillo de bondiola (cerdo) y cerveza. Pero cuando realmente piensas en ello ... todo lo dem\u00e1s es demasiado exagerado.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces ah\u00ed estoy. En hog-heaven (perd\u00f3n por el juego de palabras). Estoy sentado all\u00ed comiendo esa regordeta salchicha de cerdo, que es un poco dulce y un poco picante. Una especie de primo tercero para una salchicha dulce italiana. Tuve la tentaci\u00f3n de pedir la salchicha que llaman el Imperial que se hab\u00eda ahogado en cerveza fuerte durante un par de d\u00edas, pero eso me record\u00f3 un fin de semana cuando estaba en la universidad cuando me ahogu\u00e9 con cerveza fuerte ... as\u00ed que fui convencido por la salchicha -Hermano para hacer el cl\u00e1sico \"Criolla\" en su lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Buena elecci\u00f3n. Ese deleite estaba extra\u00f1amente a mitad de camino entre ser conservado en vinagre y fresco. No tan crujiente como para no tener sabor, pero no tan en escabeche como para que sea \"gushy\" ... como suele ser el sabor. Y ten\u00edan esta salsa de hierbas pulverizada y una salsa de naranja brillante (\u00bfo era roja?)
