\nEl Mirasol<\/p>\n

Mirasol es una de las parrillas de m\u00e1s renombre, especialmente dirigida a los porte\u00f1os m\u00e1s acaudalados y a los viajeros que se alojan en los m\u00e1s lujosos hoteles de los barrios circundantes.<\/p>\n

Caba\u00f1a Las Lilas podr\u00e1 ser muy prestigioso, pero la clientela m\u00e1s leal la tiene sin duda El Mirasol. Es que, con casi 50 a\u00f1os de funcionamiento, no puede ser de otra manera.<\/p>\n

Cada sucursal tiene un men\u00fa con peque\u00f1as diferencias. La de Recoleta (La Recova), Tortugas y la de Boedo son \u00fanicamente parrillas. La de Puerto Madero complementa las brasas con pastas. El quinto local, Campo & Mar, tambi\u00e9n en Puerto Madero, muy cerca, suma frutos del mar a la parrilla a esta combinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Esta rese\u00f1a se enfoca en la sucursal de La Recova en Recoleta, a pasos del Hotel Four Seasons.<\/p>\n

La Recova es un peque\u00f1o complejo comercial utilizado por 8 de los m\u00e1s reconocidos restaurantes de la Ciudad, se ubica en la calle Posadas, justo por donde pasa debajo de la Av. 9 de Julio. Hasta hace poco. El Mirasol era la \u00fanica churrasquer\u00eda entre ellos, pero Piegari, (justo al lado), recientemente abri\u00f3 un restaurant al otro lado de la calle que se especializa tambi\u00e9n en carne a la brasa.<\/p>\n

La edad promedio de los comensales en estos sitios \u201cde lujo casual\u201d debe ser de m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os. Es uno de los pocos lugares de la Ciudad en donde uno podr\u00eda sobresalir (de mala manera) si no usa ropa m\u00e1s o menos seria. A la hora del almuerzo, los comensales son principalmente hombres y mujeres de negocios vestidos de traje.<\/p>\n

La decoraci\u00f3n es bastante anticuada. Algo as\u00ed como el cabello de Donald Trump, est\u00e1 compuesta por algunas pinturas (digamos que no muy atractivas) de artistas desconocidos. Incluso, tienen una pintura de naturaleza muerta colgada en la pared. Me sent\u00ed en el Louvre.<\/p>\n

A excepci\u00f3n de un detalle, el men\u00fa es el t\u00edpico de una churrasquer\u00eda, incluye varios cortes de carne, pollo y cordero a la brasa. Ofrecen carnes argentinas de la mejor calidad.<\/p>\n

El detalle que rompe con lo t\u00edpico es la presencia de una p\u00e1gina entera de ensaladas con gran variedad de ingredientes. Lamentablemente, la mayor\u00eda no viene con aderezos, como \u00fanicas opciones tienen (como era de esperarse en un restaurant argentino) aceite de oliva y vinagre bals\u00e1mico.<\/p>\n

En defensa del sitio, la calidad del vinagre y el aceite argentino que ofrecen es mucho mejor de lo que recibir\u00eda en cualquier otro restaurant. Dicho esto, es inconcebible que un restaurant de este nivel contin\u00fae sirviendo ensaladas de esta forma en el siglo XXI<\/p>\n

He comido cientos de veces en El Mirasol. Todas y cada una de las veces, el bife es de calidad extraordinaria y cocido al punto.<\/p>\n

El servicio recae en un equipo masculino ataviado con chalecos rojos. Siempre eficientes, aunque algo formales para mi gusto. Los precios, naturalmente, resultan algo excesivos, pero no a nivel exagerado (y un poco m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico que Piegari Carnes, que est\u00e1 al frente)<\/p>\n

As\u00ed que si alguna vez toca salir a comer con un grupo de sesentones y la meta es disfrutar de buena carne en un sitio con decoraci\u00f3n anticuada, El Mirasol, sin duda, es el sitio perfecto en la ciudad. Gracias a una calificaci\u00f3n alta en cuanto a creatividad (debida la variedad de ensaladas que ofrecen) y la consistencia en calidad y servicio, El Mirasol entra a nuestra codiciada lista de los sitios con 4 estrellas o m\u00e1s.\n<\/p><\/div>\n
