G\u00fcerr\u00edn Pizzeria no tiene escasez de exposici\u00f3n en l\u00ednea. Es uno de los restaurantes mejor valorados, al menos para pizzas, en Buenos Aires. Pero como hemos visto varias veces, casi nunca es un indicador confiable. Pero esta vez, los cr\u00edticos del consumidor lo hicieron bien. Es un lugar muy divertido con una pizza bastante buena. <\/p>\n

D\u00e9jame describir la experiencia. G\u00fcerr\u00edn se encuentra en la concurrida Avenida Corrientes, en el barrio de los teatros, entre luces de ne\u00f3n. En car\u00e1cter, G\u00fcerr\u00edn tambi\u00e9n tiene un gran letrero de ne\u00f3n que ilumina el camino a la pizzer\u00eda m\u00e1s famosa de la ciudad. Se rumorea que este lugar ha estado produciendo pizzas desde 1932. <\/p>\n

Es un gran restaurante que tiene dos pisos completos, con capacidad para sentarse, que yo estimar\u00eda, entre 300 y 350 comensales. Y en un domingo por la noche, este lugar estaba lleno de una corta espera para una mesa. Me voy a poner en una situaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil y afirmar que sospecho que este lugar es el restaurante m\u00e1s taquillero (y probablemente el m\u00e1s rentable) en Buenos Aires. Est\u00e1n gastando el dinero en este lugar a pesar de los precios muy razonables. <\/p>\n

La decoraci\u00f3n no es nada sofisticada, pero tiene un tipo de atractivo nost\u00e1lgico. En lugar de tratar de explicarlo, probablemente sea mejor ver las im\u00e1genes en el control deslizante. <\/p>\n

Notar\u00e9 que, en la sala delantera, a trav\u00e9s del cual se camina para llegar al comedor trasero y a los dos comedores de arriba, hay mostradores en los que los clientes que anhelan pizza pueden soportar una soluci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida \"por rebanada\". Y este lugar est\u00e1 lleno de familias. Entonces, si eres al\u00e9rgico a los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os, es posible que quieras elegir algo menos familiar. Las mesas est\u00e1n empacadas, con apenas espacio suficiente para que el camarero pueda navegar. No hay nada particularmente italiano sobre el lugar. Es como si G\u00fcerr\u00edn (obviamente un nombre alem\u00e1n) cree que la pizza fue inventada dentro de sus salones sagrados. Entonces la pizza no se ajusta a ninguna categorizaci\u00f3n t\u00edpica. No es napolitano No es un plato hondo de Chicago. No es la corteza delgada de hoy en d\u00eda. Es solo pizza de G\u00fcerr\u00edn. Y d\u00e9jame decirte, eso no es necesariamente algo malo. Esta es realmente una buena pizza. <\/p>\n

Voy a intentar describirla. Es una especie de cruce entre la pizza napolitana tradicional y el plato hondo de Chicago. La corteza es un poco m\u00e1s gruesa que las t\u00edpicas pizzas que se encuentran en otras pizzer\u00edas de Buenos Aires. Es redondo. Est\u00e1 cubierto con un surtido bastante grueso de queso y otras coberturas que recuerdan a una cl\u00e1sica pizza de platos hondos. Pero debido a que es un poco m\u00e1s delgada, las costras inferiores se cocinan un poco m\u00e1s crujientes. La mozzarella y todos los dem\u00e1s ingredientes son frescos y de mejor calidad que la mayor\u00eda de las pizzas que encontrar\u00e1s en BA. Mi pizza, el \"Especial de la Casa\", que inclu\u00eda jam\u00f3n en rodajas finas, rodajas de tomate y aceitunas verdes, estaba cargada de ingredientes y el queso se cocin\u00f3 hasta que comenz\u00f3 a chamuscarse, por lo que es la consistencia perfecta. Nada de ese queso gomoso y poco cocido que se suele comer en la mayor\u00eda de las pizzer\u00edas de Buenos Aires como Romario y Kentucky. L\u00ednea de fondo. La pizza es realmente buena. <\/p>\n

De hecho, esta puede ser la mejor pizza que he tenido cerca del centro. Y el lugar es tan bueno como lo es para la gente que mira. <\/p>\n

En pocas palabras, si no te importa el tipo de ambiente tipo zool\u00f3gico, G\u00fcerr\u00edn es tu mejor opci\u00f3n para pizzas cerca del centro. Una gran opci\u00f3n para pizza en el centro o en Congreso.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
