Una vez que has estado en cincuenta o m\u00e1s restaurantes de carnes en una ciudad, comienza a convertirse en un borr\u00f3n. Hay un pu\u00f1ado de los asadores m\u00e1s caros que tienen productos superiores, como Le Grill y Caba\u00f1a Las Lilas, y otros tantos orientados al presupuesto que se encuentran en la parte inferior de la lista de calidad de la carne, como Las Cabras y La Dorita. Pero la mayor\u00eda cae en el rango medio, donde es dif\u00edcil distinguir cualquier diferencia en la calidad de un filete, cuando se compara uno con otro. A menudo, la calidad del bistec tiene m\u00e1s que ver con el lado de la carne del que se cort\u00f3 el filete que con las caracter\u00edsticas del asador que lo sirve. He comido filetes fabulosos en asadores refutables en Buenos Aires y luego volv\u00ed y me sirvieron un filete de calidad inferior en una visita posterior. <\/p>\n

La \u00fanica diferencia real entre este grupo medio de restaurantes de carnes tiene m\u00e1s que ver con el ambiente, el servicio y los platos de acompa\u00f1amiento que sirven, que con la calidad del bistec. <\/p>\n

Campo Bravo pertenece a este grupo medio. He comido en Campo Bravo una media docena de veces y cada vez el bistec era muy bueno y lo cocin\u00e9 seg\u00fan lo ordenado. Pero tambi\u00e9n puedo decir eso sobre otra docena de restaurantes de carnes en Buenos Aires. <\/p>\n

Lo que distingue a Campo Bravo de la mayor\u00eda de los otros es la personalidad del restaurante. Es ambiente y ambiente. Los propietarios han dejado en claro que apuntan a un cliente m\u00e1s joven y m\u00e1s \"moderno\". La m\u00fasica refleja este \u00e9nfasis en atraer a una multitud m\u00e1s joven de \"jet set\". Las ubicaciones, en Las Ca\u00f1itas y Palermo Hollywood, parecen haber sido elegidas con esta multitud en mente. <\/p>\n

No hay nada m\u00e1s que la decoraci\u00f3n de \"estancia\" de la mayor\u00eda de las parillas argentinas. Guarde el logotipo estil\u00edstico que representa la cabeza de un novillo, ni siquiera sabr\u00eda que el restaurante era un asador. <\/p>\n

El arte moderno y la m\u00fasica de baile de alto volumen y ritmo son parte de esta personalidad. Y el volumen aumenta a medida que avanza la noche. La ubicaci\u00f3n de Palermo Hollywood incluso tiene una terraza en la azotea dedicada a la venta de c\u00f3cteles a la gente joven y bella que frecuenta el restaurante (y al p\u00fablico un poco m\u00e1s viejo y de moda que quiere lucir sus ropas de dise\u00f1o). <\/p>\n

El marketing publicitario en el sitio web intenta venderle con el reclamo de que el restaurante ofrece cocina gourmet adem\u00e1s del t\u00edpico men\u00fa de carnes asadas. Guarde la oferta de algunos stir-fries (\"woks\"), que dif\u00edcilmente llamar\u00eda gourmet, y algunos platos \u00fanicos, como el \"strudel de vegetables\" y el \"br\u00f3coli grat\u00edn\" (que puede ver en nuestras im\u00e1genes), el men\u00fa parece estar fuera del libro de jugadas para los asadores argentinos. Nada tan \u00fanico que pueda ver. <\/p>\n

Dicho esto, me gusta el restaurante. Hay muchos asientos en el interior y al aire libre en ambos lugares. Siempre un ambiente up-tempo. Tiene una decoraci\u00f3n sin adornos, pero atractiva. Es genial para observar a la gente. Durante las horas punta, generalmente hay una breve espera para la mesa, especialmente en el local de Las Ca\u00f1itas. Puede tomar una copa de champa\u00f1a de cortes\u00eda y mezclarse con la gente hermosa de BA en el frente mientras espera. Y a pesar de la falta de comida \"gourmet\" como se anuncia, hay algunos platos secundarios ligeramente \u00fanicos. En mis visitas, la comida siempre ha sido bien ejecutada y el servicio est\u00e1 muy por encima de la media. Y los precios son razonables, muy por debajo del alto precio que experimentar\u00eda en las grandes parillas de Puerto Madero.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
