No es necesario ser un cr\u00edtico de comidas para apreciar la est\u00e9tica y la buena comida. Es algo natural para la mayor\u00eda de las personas. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 entonces muchos due\u00f1os de restaurantes tienen tantos problemas para proporcionar estos dos elementos b\u00e1sicos? No hay problema en Le Pain Quotidien. A diferencia de las hordas de negocios en Buenos Aires que ponen los apodos franceses en sus puertas de entrada y vitrinas frontales para que parezcan cosmopolitas o europeos, Le Pain Quotidien tiene una excusa mucho mejor ... es el franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

El fundador y chef de este caf\u00e9 cum, Alain Coumont, creci\u00f3 en Francia y B\u00e9lgica y ha tra\u00eddo su amor por la cocina (de una manera que solo un franc\u00e9s puede hacerlo) a esta cadena internacional de restaurantes de gran \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n

Los franquiciados en Buenos Aires han hecho un trabajo maravilloso al replicar lo que ha hecho que LPQ tenga \u00e9xito en todo el mundo. Es una operaci\u00f3n de primera clase que ofrece una calidad constante.<\/p>\n

No soy un fan\u00e1tico de \"solo cosas org\u00e1nicas\", pero incluso puedo apreciar un restaurante que coloca ingredientes de calidad y saludables, reci\u00e9n preparados en la parte superior de la lista de prioridades. Cuanto m\u00e1s visite Le Pain Quotidien, m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo se sentir\u00e1 con la ejecuci\u00f3n del men\u00fa creativo, independientemente de la ubicaci\u00f3n que visite. <\/p>\n

Creo que es justo decir que Le Pain Quotidien es sobre todo conocido como un gran lugar para una taza de caf\u00e9, cruasanes, panes y pasteles, probablemente debido a sus ra\u00edces boulangerie. Y eso les llev\u00f3 a darse cuenta de que sirven algunos art\u00edculos para el desayuno que no son t\u00edpicos de un caf\u00e9 de esquina en Buenos Aires. Cosas como waffles, tostadas francesas y huevos escalfados y pasados por agua. Todo con ingredientes org\u00e1nicos y de granja. \u00a1Pero, sorpresa! Sus ofertas de almuerzo y cena tambi\u00e9n son de primera clase.<\/p>\n

Escondido en un men\u00fa bastante extenso, hay una secci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1os platos con forma de tapas, con una gran cantidad de art\u00edculos no franceses. Cosas como hummus, babaganoush, salm\u00f3n ahumado y alcaparras, y huevos escalfados y patatas nuevas. No es de extra\u00f1ar, ofrecen una selecci\u00f3n de quiches, tartines (una especie de bocadillo que le falta al pan superior para los que no son franceses) y ensaladas, todo presentado y ejecutado de manera hermosa.<\/p>\n

Le Pain Quotidien incluso ocasionalmente ofrece platos r\u00fasticos de cena franceses durante la noche.<\/p>\n

El servicio, provisto por un personal de camareros m\u00e1s joven de lo habitual, est\u00e1 a la altura del tabaco, pero podr\u00eda ser mejor. El ambiente est\u00e1 m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del bien. Incluso tienen un sitio web que es informativo y convincente.<\/p>\n

Nuestra revisi\u00f3n se centra en la ubicaci\u00f3n de Posadas en Recoleta, en el borde de Retiro, a un tiro de piedra de los hoteles m\u00e1s prestigiosos de la ciudad. Pero, Le Pain Quotidien tiene m\u00e1s de una docena de ubicaciones en toda el \u00e1rea metropolitana de Buenos Aires. He estado en los lugares en Recoleta Plaza y Palermo Soho. La ejecuci\u00f3n y el servicio parecen ser acordes.<\/p>\n

Para el caf\u00e9, el desayuno, el almuerzo, la merienda de la tarde o la cena, Le Pain Quotidien es una opci\u00f3n inteligente.<\/p><\/div>\n
