\nHe cenado en Happening en Santiago en varias ocasiones pero durante el Food Week en Buenos Aires me dirig\u00ed al Happening en Puerto Madero para el almuerzo. Este restaurante es un poco m\u00e1s formal y elegante que el de Las Condes en Santiago. La m\u00fasica de fondo fue una agradable mezcla de cl\u00e1sicos del pop en ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Las mesas est\u00e1n elegantemente decoradas con manteles blancos. Yo estaba sentado con prontitud y ofrecieron un men\u00fa y el c\u00f3ctel gratuito patrocinado por Campari. A diferencia de la peque\u00f1a taza de pl\u00e1stico que nos ofrecieron en el Bice el d\u00eda anterior, esto era un c\u00f3ctel de tama\u00f1o completo en una copa de c\u00f3ctel mediano.<\/p>\n

Una cesta llena de pan fresco, mantequilla y salsa de queso cremoso para esparcir sobre el pan, se expuso sobre la mesa. Mucha variedad de bocados de pan. Cada uno era fresco y delicioso. Para el aperitivo he optado por la ensalada de rucula, escarola y radicchio con peras caramelizadas, queso azul y nueces confitadas. Una gran ensalada ejecutada muy bien.<\/p>\n

Para el plato principal opt\u00e9 por la hamburguesa gourmet hecha con bistec. Esto fue en el mejor que una hamburguesa normal. El bistec suelo era s\u00f3lo un poco demasiado pobre para una hamburguesa, el pan brioche dulce simplemente no funcion\u00f3 bastante e hizo comer la hamburguesa con las manos casi imposible. Algunas de las papas fritas estaban latigudas y poco cocida. Esta fue una buena hamburguesa, pero nada m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

Para el postre tuve la crepe llena de dulce de leche y cubierto con un chorrito de az\u00facar morena caramelizada. Un gran postre pero no muy original.<\/p>\n

El servicio era excelente. El personal de camareros, todos los hombres, vestidos con camisas blancas, pantalones negros y delantales negros tend\u00eda de manera eficiente a las tablas que hacen que cada patr\u00f3n estuviera recibiendo el tratamiento final.<\/p>\n

Esta fue una excursi\u00f3n muy agradable. Un ambiente demasiado congestionada muy elegante, pero no. Mejor que la media de ejecuci\u00f3n. El servicio era excepcional. No mucha fue la creatividad en mi comida.\n<\/p><\/div>\n
