Si lees la propaganda tur\u00edstica sobre San Telmo, te llevar\u00e1n a pensar que es un para\u00edso lleno de preciosas peque\u00f1as tiendas de antig\u00fcedades que se alinean en las sombras de las calles adoquinadas. No te dejes enga\u00f1ar. San Telmo es mejor descrito como una desafortunada v\u00edctima del estancamiento econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds. Pero el vecindario tiene un rico patrimonio, y con la reciente apertura de algunos de nuestros restaurantes y bares favoritos, que no est\u00e1n destinados a turistas, este peque\u00f1o vecindario funky finalmente podr\u00eda haber dado vuelta la esquina.

\nEst\u00e1bamos tan impresionados con los restaurantes que revisamos en 2018, muchos de los cuales acababan de abrirse, que pronto presentaremos los barrios en un art\u00edculo destacado. <\/ p><\/p>\n
