The Zuccardi Poligonos Tugungato Semillon is from a vineyard planted by the Zuccardi family in 1973 in the El Peral zone, 1,200 meters above sea level, and was aged entirely in used 500-liter barrels. El Peral is renowned for its old semillon vines, some planted 50 years ago and others much earlier. That fame was earned for its very Bordeaux-style results. The 2019 and 2020 vintages are at their prime in 2024.
