In the Terrazas de los Andes Chardonnay Blend , 80% comes from vineyards at the Caicayen estate, 1,200 meters above sea level, and the rest is from El Espinillo, at 1,630 meters, both in Gualtallary, in the north of the Uco Valley. This wine maintains the Terrazas idea of making a vibrant and refreshing white that identifies with mountain wines, which speaks of that freshness. The wine displays herbal and fruity aromas in a white that was aged in foudres and barrels for eight months before being bottled, although that aging is barely felt in this juicy and vibrant white.
