Negroni has come a long way from the tiny restaurant in Palermo Hollywood we visited about a decade ago. The restaurant now boasts several locations throughout the city and has become one of the most popular and trendy restaurants and drinking establishments in the city of Buenos Aires.

The menu is a mix of American pop-favorites, such as sandwiches, burgers and salads, and sushi rolls. An odd mix of cuisines but it seems to be working as there are plenty of patrons that keep returning for food and libations.

Service is typically friendly and efficient. On my last visit delivery of my food order was a bit slow but the waitress warned me after a few minutes that there would be a delay. I was, at a minimum, impressed with how the minor delay was handled.

Décor is modern and appealing.

Overall, Negroni is an appealing choice for cocktails and popular food items in a up-tempo environment. Beware. There are locations for Negroni shown on Google Maps that do not exist.
