The Laborum Single Vineyard Torrontés comes from the Finca El Retiro in El Cafayate, El Porvenir's old torrontés vineyard, planted around the 1950s. This wine is an example of the variety in the Calchaquíes Valleys, not only because of its excellent value, but also for the clarity with which it showcases this under utilized grape. Aroma and taste full of flowers, fruits, and spice. It's light on the palate, but plenty of acidity.
