Restaurant and Bar Reviews
Mexico City is one of the most gastronomically cosmopolitan cities in the Americas, boasting the only Latin American locations for the famed restaurants, Mr. Chow and Nobu. Despite being home to dozens of international restaurants, the big Latin American city has managed to keep retain its Spanish colonial personality and its world-renowned “comfort-food” cuisine. Every day, thousands of CDMX residents and tourists gather around small taco stands in the sidewalks eating the quintessential Mexican street food wrapped in a Mexican corn tortilla, while at night world renowned chefs put their unique stamp on the country’s haute cuisine, featuring larvae, cactus petals and lots of hot peppers flavored with mezcal. There is no more unique place on earth to dine out that Mexico City. We’ve completed about half of our content for the big city and plan to have our coverage of the city’s restaurant scene completed by the end of June. More exciting content will be added every day during May and June of 2017.
