Best restaurants in
Providencia
Throughout most of the 20th century, Providencia was Santiago’s premier residential community and attracted the city’s best restaurants. Over the past three decades that prominence has shifted to the suburbs of Las Condes and Vitacura.
But Providencia is still home to many hotels and restaurants, especially casual dining and fast-casual dining establishments targeted at students and travelers staying in the hotels situated within the barrio. Providencia’s dining scene is clearly more Bohemian and unpretentious making it popular with anyone that feels uncomfortable in an upscale restaurant.
