UCO offers a sophisticated yet unassuming menu of gourmet-quality food featuring a wide range of Argentine ingredients, utilizing European technique. The restaurant offers some unique smoked meat dishes and charcuterie platters with cured meats prepared in-house. The Sunday brunch, which offers a unique English breakfast in a multi-course format is popular with both tourists and locals.

The menu is a bit pricey, but at lunch you can enjoy Chef Holloway's touch at half the price of what you'd pay a la carte in the evening. Three courses, an appetizer, main-course and dessert, with a non-alcoholic beverage and coffee for only ARS$510 (US$13) in February of 2018.
